Welcome to the Alpenzauberweg adventure trail
The Alpenzauberweg, nestled in the Alpine landscape, offers a unique opportunity to experience the beauty and diversity of the region. The hiking trail stretches from Hornberg to Rinderberg and is lined with eight handcrafted steles made from local raw materials. These steles mark thematic stations such as "Alpine Inhabitants," "Alpine Scents," and "Alpine Sounds," providing interactive insights into Alpine nature and culture. Information about flora, fauna, and history makes the trail an educational journey. The Alpenzauberweg combines nature experiences with cultural exchange, making it a special day trip for hikers, families, and culture enthusiasts.
At the valley station, you can purchase a small stamping booklet for each child for CHF 5, which will guide you through the adventure trail. Exciting puzzles await you at each station, ready to be solved. These questions have been carefully selected to teach you more about the nature and inhabitants of the Alps in a playful way. The solution word of the puzzles leads to a special surprise for the little explorers.
Accompany your children, the chicken Giselle, and her friend Saani on a fascinating journey through the world of the Alps, starting either from Hornberg to Rinderberg or from Rinderberg down to Hornberg. Along the way, interactive stations await you where you and your children can learn all about life on the alp.
At the first and last station, there are cozy seating areas perfect for a little break. Take this opportunity to capture a unique souvenir photo of your alp adventure. You can later share this photo with your friends and the world to capture the wonderful experiences and impressions of your day.
